To assist the bartender in the efficient operation of their assigned venue, managing the bar operations.

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate.
  • Previous experience in a similar position in Luxury/Premium hospitality (hotel/resort or cruise line).
  • Food Safety/HACCP certificate required.
  • Basic knowledge on food safety.
  • Knowledge of classical and modern cocktails, mixology, whiskey and cigars.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Any additional European language is considered an advantage. Explora Fleet English Level: B2.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Have a hands on approach & operate in the assigned venue, assisting the Bartender in all areas.
  • Exceed the expectations of our Guests in a warm, efficient and professional manner by providing courteous, sincere service at all times.
  • Apply all bar-related inventory management and public health compliance requirements.
  • Correctly apply the food safety procedures and food quality requirements related to all processes.
