The Experience Host will enhance our guest’s journey by executing and hosting the daily entertainment activities, events, and rituals to create a pleasant and memorable environment on board while creating a transformative luxury ocean travel experience for our guests.

Qualifications

Experience hosting activities and events.

Ability to capture guests’ attention with charismatic public speaking and hosting skills.

Previous experience with diverse Luxury/Premium hospitality/cruise lines or Entertainment services.

Proficient in English. Additional European languages are considered an advantage. Explora Fleet English Level: C1.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome guests and authentically engage with them, while being a genuine brand ambassador for Explora Journeys throughout the Journey.

Organise and host a varied daytime and evening international entertainment programme, including but not limited to sport, fitness, games, quizzes, and shows. These may take place in lounges, on deck, in-ports, and where appropriate ashore.

Learn scripting and staging for assigned produced entertainment and experiences.

Discuss and develop new activities in collaboration with the Experience Manager and Assistant Experience Manager.
